To make calls by sending a HTTP CALL Request
If WAP service is available:

run the browser on mobile handset
go to "wap.httpcall.com/callnow.aspx"
enter the PIN, Call-Back Number and Destination Number (or click “Destination No” and select from your Phonebook)
click "call now"
wait for the call back call and call completion to destination number
HTTP CALL supports online Phonebook according to your PIN; click “Edit Phonebook” on the browser to manage your Phonebook

If you use Java facility:

run the browser on mobile handset, go to "wap.httpcall.com/download.wml"
select the handset model and download the Java program (it will install automatically)
after completing installation, go to the menu on the mobile handset and run “Java–Airello” program
enter the Destination Number (or select from existing Phonebook entry or new entry), Call Back Number and PIN
then confirm and send it
wait for the call back call and call completion to destination number

Java-Airello supports local Phonebook; it is saved in your handset

To make calls by sending a Email-toCall Request

Send an email to ecallback@ecocarrier.com with 88#cardnumber#callbacknumber#destinationnumber in the subject.

cardnumber is the call back card number.
callbacknumber is your phone number.
destinationnumber is the phone number you want to call.

For example, 88#111222333444555666#19057878328#14163605070

Note that all the telephone numbers in the email are to be written in the format Country Code + City Code + Local Number and that there are to be no extra characters, such as plus, space or hyphen.
Answer the call back call.
